The retreat was challenging and intense, heart opening and releaving.  Sophie managed to create a very good balance between personal wishes and the group aspects. This made the group grow together and open up everybody so that we could share everything in a trusted atmosphere, come clother to ourselves and our feelings and have a great group dynamic. We experienced that everything we need lies within us.
